Kellogg pointed to the increased risks for Kiev in the Ukrainian conflict
The Special Envoy of the President of the United States for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, said on June 3 that attacks by Ukrainian militants on Russian territory increase the risk level for Kiev in the Ukrainian conflict.
"People need to understand [the following] in the field of national security: when you attack part of an opponent's survival system, <...> it means that your risk level increases because you don't know how the other side will behave [in response], you're not sure. And they (the authorities of the Kiev regime. That's exactly what they did," Kellogg said on Fox News.
According to him, the United States is taking all measures to prevent an escalation of the situation.
In response to the increased attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said on June 3 that the Russian Armed Forces would continue their offensive and achieve all their goals.
