Air defense forces destroyed four Ukrainian UAVs over Belgorod region

The Air Defense Forces eliminated four unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the Belgorod region. This was announced on June 3 by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"Four Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed over the territory of the Belgorod region," the department's Telegram channel said.

They clarified that the drones were shot down by air defense systems on duty between 8:40 a.m. and 9:50 a.m. Moscow time.

Earlier in the day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that air defense systems destroyed eight Ukrainian UAVs over the regions of Russia overnight. According to the agency, three drones were shot down over the territory of the Republic of Crimea, two more were eliminated over the Kursk and Belgorod regions, and one drone was destroyed over the waters of the Sea of Azov.
