The Yakutsk Prosecutor's Office has checked the publication about cruel treatment of a pupil of the Republican (correctional) boarding school for students with severe speech disorders. This was reported on Thursday, February 6, in the press service of the agency.

"It is established that on November 22, 2024, the pupil of the first class, who is a disabled child, in the course of conducting classes was forcibly expelled by the tutor from the class, while falling on the floor", - stated in the message in the Telegram-channel of the Prosecutor's office.

It emphasized that the school did not provide safe conditions for the child, and the teacher allowed non-pedagogical influence.

The prosecutor's office made a representation to the director of the school, as well as filed a lawsuit with the court to recover compensation from the educational organization in the amount of 500 thousand rubles.

In April 2024, a teacher in a kindergarten in Krasnoyarsk was found guilty of child abuse. In the kindergarten "Solnyshko" on the 70-year-old teacher of physical education repeatedly complained to parents by students. According to them, the teacher could use swear words or hit the wall.
