The Ministry of Emergency Situations warned of heavy rain on October 14 in Moscow

Rain is expected in Moscow on October 14, sometimes heavy. This was announced on October 13 in the capital's main directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Maks messenger.

It is noted that precipitation is forecast from 09:00 to 21:00. Rescuers advised motorists to slow down, increase the distance to other cars and avoid sudden maneuvers.

At the same time, pedestrians are advised to stay away from billboards and unstable structures, as well as not to shelter from the rain under trees.

On this day, Evgeny Tishkovets, a leading specialist at the Phobos Weather Center, noted that October 14 would be the coldest and rainiest day of the week in the capital and the Moscow region. The air temperature will be +7...+10 degrees, and precipitation may reach 18.5 mm.

Tatiana Pozdnyakova, a leading specialist at the Meteonosti news agency, told Izvestia on October 12 that warm weather would remain in the capital this week, but most days of the working week would be rainy with varying intensity. Starting from Wednesday, October 14, the temperature will gradually decrease due to a change in the wind direction to the northwest.
