Lukashenko said about periodic violations of the airspace of Belarus
Belarus periodically records violations of its airspace. This was announced on September 11 by the President of the Republic Alexander Lukashenko.
"Intelligence regarding Belarus is conducted quite openly, almost blindly: we periodically record various kinds of provocations, violations of airspace," the BelTA news agency quoted him as saying.
According to him, neighboring countries are increasing spending on weapons and conducting exercises near the borders of Belarus. Lukashenko noted that Minsk needs to prepare for possible threats in order to prevent the development of conflicts.
At a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on August 28, Lukashenko said there was a common problem for Minsk and Moscow related to the situation south of the republic and in western Russia. It was probably about a question related to Ukraine.
