Grigory Karasin, Chairman of the Federation Council's International Affairs Committee, said that the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) with drones filled with metal balls and shrapnel on peaceful objects in Sevastopol was outrageous.

"This does not reveal anything new about the barbaric and vicious nature of the current Ukrainian regime. They are hitting the civilian population. Citizens, women, and children are suffering. This is outrageous," Karasin stressed in an interview with Lenta.Ru on Friday, August 28th.

He noted that such methods have become a daily practice for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The senator believes that the Ukrainian side benefits politically from causing as much damage as possible, but this approach leads to a dead end.

On the same day, it became known that the Ukrainian drones used in the attack on Sevastopol were filled with metal balls. According to the governor of the city, Mikhail Razvozhaev, despite the serious damage to the apartment building, only two people were injured in the attack. The elderly woman, according to preliminary data, has a closed craniocerebral injury, the man has shrapnel in his back. Two more received minor injuries and refused to be hospitalized. 360.ru .
