One person was killed as a result of an attack by a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) on a cultural institution in the village of Avdotino, Donetsk People's Republic. This was announced on August 15 by Donetsk Mayor Alexei Kulemzin.

"As a result of a UAV attack on a cultural institution in the village of Avdotino, Leninsky district, a man born in 1960 was killed," the Telegram channel said.

Civilians were killed in a number of areas, residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged.

The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, said on the same day that four civilians had been injured as a result of an attack by Ukrainian armed forces on the republic. In addition, as a result of the actions of the Ukrainian militants, three residential buildings, 16 civilian infrastructure facilities, three units of special equipment, four trucks and a passenger car were damaged.
