In Kharkiv, law enforcement officers began breaking into apartments at night and taking men away. This was reported on August 11 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".

The footage for the publication shows how several people are trying to get a man out of the apartment, while the roommate standing next to him is trying to prevent him using pepper spray.

"The police first tried to break in through the balcony at 00:00, and then at 05:00 they stormed," the Telegram channel says.

According to the newspaper, the man was taken from this apartment, he does not get in touch.

Alexander Borshchuk, a captured militant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said on August 4 that Ukrainians, in order to avoid mobilization, continue to attempt to illegally leave the country. One of the options is to escape through Moldova, which costs from $5,000. According to him, even if people collect the required amount, no one gives them guarantees of successful crossing of the Ukrainian border.
