A spontaneous memorial has appeared in Krasnodar near the poklonny cross near the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in memory of those who died in Arkhipo-Osipovka. Footage from the scene was published by Izvestia on August 3.

"Of course, we are worried about the whole Kuban. This is a terrible tragedy. Therefore, the regime of [President of Ukraine Vladimir] Zelensky has no forgiveness. And many are already saying that his regime should be recognized as terrorist <...> Everything is terrible, terrible and terrible," said Olga Sukhova, a local resident.

A resident of Krasnodar, Helen Melkumova, added that everyone who has children cares about this tragedy. She also noted that the strike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Arkhipo-Osipovka was a terrible event.

On the same day, fragments of an APU UAV fell in the village of Arkhipo-Osipovka near Gelendzhik. The governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratiev, clarified that the civilian infrastructure was affected. According to the latest information, seven people were killed and 40 others were injured in the incident. An operational base has been deployed at the scene of the tragedy.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that NATO and the European Union, which are actively sponsoring Ukraine, have themselves become part of an international terrorist network.
