A civilian was injured in a rocket attack on the village of Uglovo, Belgorod region, by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was reported on July 31 in the press service of the regional operational headquarters.

"A man who received shrapnel wounds to his stomach, arms and legs is being taken by an ambulance team to Valuyskaya CRH," the Maks messenger says.

It is noted that the shells damaged agricultural machinery.
