Emergency mode introduced in Alushta amid power outage

In the resort city of Alushta in the Crimea, an emergency regime was introduced against the background of a power outage. This was announced on July 25 by the head of the city Galina Ogneva.

According to her, during the meeting of the Emergency Prevention and Response Commission, the Alushta branch of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Kazakhstan Krymenergo provided a list of subscribers who have been without electricity for more than 48 hours. These data were transferred to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the region.

"I urge everyone to trust only official sources of information and not give in to rumors," Ogneva wrote on the VKontakte social network.

The reasons for the massive outages and the timing of the restoration of power supply are being clarified. Emergency crews are working at the site.
