Ukrainian media called Poklada a possible acting chairman of the SBU

The current first deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), Oleksandr Poklad, may become the interim acting head of this department. This was reported on July 16 by the Ukrainian newspaper Ukrainska Pravda, citing government sources.

"Poklad will become the acting head of the Security Service," the article says.

He holds the rank of Major General of the SBU. Poklad has been holding his position since the end of August 2023. He graduated from Kharkiv Law University. Yaroslav the Wise, and he started his career as a policeman.
