Military training camps to be held in Belarus to practice the fight against drones

The military of the regions bordering Ukraine in Belarus will participate in scheduled training sessions on countering unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) by the end of the month. This was announced on July 7 by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic on its website.

"From July 7 to July 31, scheduled training camps will be held with military personnel of the territorial troops of the Maloritskiy and Drogichinsky districts... The main focus will be on working out the tasks of territorial defense during the implementation of martial law measures with the elaboration of issues related to the protection of personnel and facilities from UAVs," the message says.

It is specified that during the training camp it is planned to receive and fully provide the military-liable territorial troops, as well as prepare them for the tasks of their official assignment. The command staff will restore the skills of managing subordinates. In addition, the participants will work out the issues of formation, training and use of militia units.
