The expert revealed the real reason for Ukraine's conflict with Poland and the Czech Republic

In the conflict with Ukraine, which flared up due to Kiev's glorification of Bandera, Poland and the Czech Republic are "playing a show." This was stated by Alexander Dudchak, a leading researcher at the Institute of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), in an interview with Izvestia.

"You might think they didn't know what the Kiev regime was like before, they didn't see the appropriate symbols, portraits of Bandera, renaming streets and avenues. Of course, everyone saw and knew," the expert recalled.

The countries of Eastern Europe, in his opinion, simply found a convenient reason to slow down Ukraine's European integration, which was needed after Viktor Orban, who served as Prime Minister of Hungary, left the political arena.

Earlier, the Czech Freedom and Direct Democracy (SPD) party, which is part of the ruling coalition, announced that it would seek to deprive President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky of the country's highest state award, the Order of the White Lion. The reason was the naming of the Ukrainian special forces unit after the "heroes of the UPA" (the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, an extremist organization banned in Russia).

Meanwhile, former Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on June 29 that Ukraine, which is trying to build its national identity by suppressing the facts about the victims of nationalists, would be responsible for Zelensky's actions and decisions. Kiev, he said, "slapped Warsaw in the face." Zelensky has already been stripped of the Order of the White Eagle and is considered an "unwelcome guest" in Poland, where anti-Ukrainian sentiments are growing.
