The defense of blogger Valeria Chekalina (Lercek) calmly reacted to the prosecutor's office's initiative to conduct a second forensic medical examination. Lawyer Konstantin Tretyakov announced this on June 19.
"On June 17, the results of the next examination were received. Unfortunately, the serious illness has not gone away, the diagnosis has been confirmed. We are absolutely calm about the initiative of the supervisory authority," the message on the Telegram channel says.
