Fidan said Israel is likely to sabotage the agreement between the United States and Iran

Turkey is referring to Israel's possible desire to sabotage the resolution of the Iranian-American conflict by attacking Middle Eastern countries. This was stated on June 16 by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan at a meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.

"It is necessary to prevent all Israeli steps that could undermine the two-State solution, the violation of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, the terror of new settlements on the Jordan River, and provocations in East Jerusalem. Attacks in Lebanon, in Syria by Israel," he said.

Fidan also stressed that Ankara's consistent position is to adhere to the principle of regional responsibility and diplomatic settlement. According to him, the escalation of the situation in the region by Tel Aviv does not contribute to the peace process.
