In Moscow, mourning actions were held near the embassies of foreign countries in memory of the children who died in the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the college in Starobilsk. The footage is published by Izvestia on June 4.

More than 175 people gathered at the French diplomatic mission. In addition, about 150 protesters are near the British Embassy building.

People are holding portraits of victims of the terrorist attack and posters with inscriptions condemning the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike.: "Your guns are killing children."

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on the same day that the UN should pay attention to the attack on the student dormitory in Starobilsk in the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) and assess what happened. According to her, the organization's reaction is especially important on the eve of the International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Armed Conflict, which is celebrated on June 4.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the educational building and the dormitory of the Starobilsk Pedagogical College on May 22. As a result, 21 people were killed and 65 others were injured. A criminal case has been opened into the incident in accordance with Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act").
