The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) will be held from June 3-6. The main theme of this year's forum will be "Pragmatic dialogue — the way to a stable future."

SPIEF 2026 will be held at Expoforum, organized by the Roscongress Foundation.

Russian President Vladimir Putin will deliver a major speech at the SPIEF plenary session. President of Tanzania Samia Suluhu Hassan, Leader of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Vice President of the People's Republic of China Han Zheng and Saudi Arabia's Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman Al Saud will also speak at the event.

The forum participants will discuss international cooperation, the development of BRICS, technological leadership, digital sovereignty, the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI), the development of financial markets, creative economy, healthcare, human resources and sustainable development.

On June 2, the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, announced that the city would present its industrial potential and investment opportunities at one of the most extensive stands at the SPIEF. The exhibition will be divided into several thematic sectors, including marine and unmanned technologies.
