Alexander Shuvalov, head of the Meteo forecasting center, told what kind of weather is expected in Moscow and the Moscow region in the near future.

In an interview with Radio 1 on Monday, June 1, the specialist noted that the worst of the weather was already over, and the cold spell that fell at the end of May was over. According to him, abnormal heat is not expected in the near future, however, there will be no prolonged gray: the temperature will stabilize at a comfortable level of about +21...+23 degrees throughout the week.

Shuvalov added that prolonged precipitation is a thing of the past, although short-term rains are possible this week, but they will be rare and local.

He also clarified that the weather conditions will be generally favorable: the wind is expected to be light, atmospheric pressure will gradually begin to rise, which is especially important for weather-dependent people. According to him, the beginning of June will bring stable and comfortable weather, and the coming days will be a good start to the summer month.
