In Latvia, they began to install "dragon's teeth" on the border with Russia
In Latvia, anti-tank barriers "Dragon's Teeth" have begun to be installed on the border with Russia. This was announced on May 28 by the LSM portal.
The publication clarified that the barriers are installed in three rows with a width of about 10 m and are necessary to deter "the movement of military equipment across the border." The portal reports that each element of the structure weighs about 1.5 tons. It is noted that in addition to the barriers on the border, they plan to dig an anti-tank moat.
The portal writes that the "dragon's teeth" are installed in alienated areas along the border, which include former private territories seized by the state for defense needs.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on April 9 that Russia does not pose a threat to countries that do not plan to become the center of anti-Russian actions. Peskov added that Russia, on the contrary, seeks to establish good, mutually beneficial, and mutually respectful relations with all countries, including European countries.
