Artem Chekalin sold the mansion to pay off his ex-wife's taxes. The main thing
Artyom Chekalin sold a mansion in the village of Agalarov Estate to repay 176 million rubles in taxes to the blogger's ex—wife Lerchek (real name - Valeria Chekalina). All the details are in the Izvestia article.
Repayment of ex-husband's debt by Chekalina
According to RIA Novosti, the buyer of an unfinished mansion in the cottage village of Agalarov Estate transferred 176 million rubles to repay the tax debt of blogger Valeria Chekalina. The payment of this amount was a prerequisite for the purchase and sale of real estate located in the Moscow suburb of Istra.
Artem Chekalin had previously applied to the court for permission to sell the property, pointing out that the house was purchased back in 2020 and is not under arrest. The sold property is a three-storey futuristic mansion with an area of more than 2 thousand square meters on a plot of 56 acres.
Lerchek's health status
Valeria Chekalina herself announced the successful completion of the fifth course of chemotherapy. According to the blogger, this time the procedure was carried out without complications and severe nausea, which were observed during the previous stages of cancer treatment.
"You can congratulate me: the fifth chemistry is over, <...> i feel good, I didn't feel sick this time, I hope the nausea won't catch up with me in the next few days," she shared on her personal blog.
Despite the serious diagnosis, Chekalina tries to keep physically active through swimming and walking. Her partner Luis Squicciarini noted that previously, due to bone metastases, Valeria was forced to use a wheelchair, but thanks to radiation therapy, her condition improved.
Controversy about Lercek's diagnosis
Discussions continue on the Internet regarding the authenticity of the blogger's illness. Users' suspicions were aroused by footage from a fitness club showing Lercek exercising at a time when she was supposed to be in treatment. The administration of the center has already terminated the contract with the woman who conducted the secret filming.
Against the background of the fight against the disease, Valeria Chekalina continues to do business and introduced a new cosmetic brand Eyya Skin. For the advertising campaign, she starred without a wig, saying she wanted to support other women with similar diagnoses.
"Lera was in a wheelchair because of the pain caused by bone metastases, especially in her leg. Thanks to treatment, especially radiation therapy, the number of metastases decreased and her bones became healthier," said Squicciarini.
