Blogger Lercek spoke about her health after completing the fifth course of chemotherapy

Blogger Lercek (real name Valeria Chekalina) underwent her fifth course of chemotherapy on May 15 and declared herself well.

"You can congratulate me: the fifth chemistry is over, <...> I feel good, I didn't feel sick this time, I hope in the next few days nausea won't catch up with me," she said in her video messages on the social network Instagram (owned by Meta, whose activities are recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).

Lercek, who was diagnosed with stage IV stomach cancer, thanked her subscribers for their support. She also showed documents on her account about her medical procedures and doctors' opinions.

The blogger's lover Luis Squicciarini commented on her condition on May 4 after the fourth course of chemotherapy. According to him, Lercek is struggling to keep his spirits up. She herself stated at the same time that she would have to take nine such courses in total.
