With the beginning of the summer season, scammers began to actively create websites that copy the pages of well-known garden stores. This is stated in the materials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which were reviewed by RIA Novosti.

The agency reported that scammers create websites that completely repeat the design, assortment and symbols of well-known stores for summer residents. Users are lured by low prices, after which they demand a full prepayment for the product. It is noted that after receiving the money, the scammers stop contacting and disappear.

The Interior Ministry recommended carefully checking website addresses, criticizing overly favorable offers and paying for goods only after receiving them.

The Rosreestr press service reported on May 7 that fake notices of violations were being sent to summer residents, and then they offered to pay a discounted fine using a malicious link.According to Maxim Smirnov, deputy head of Rosreestr, such a resolution must be signed by the chief state inspector of the region, city or district for the use and protection of land or his deputy, and also stamped by the territorial authority of Rosreestr.
