Forecaster predicted snow on the coast of the Arctic Ocean in June

Snow in May and early summer may still fall in Russian regions located on the coast of the Arctic Ocean. This was announced on May 7 by Alexander Shuvalov, head of the Meteo forecasting center.

According to the meteorologist, the probability of precipitation in the form of snow remains for the northern territories of the country, while in the rest of Russia the weather will be more stable.

"The coast of the Arctic Ocean definitely cannot avoid this. The southern regions are likely to avoid all this," Shuvalov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

More than 30 people have already been infected with borreliosis, typhoid and encephalitis.

Marina Makarova, a leading employee of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, said on May 2 that meteorological summer will begin in the Moscow region on May 26. As the meteorologist noted, this is most important for people working in the agricultural sector. At the same time, the weather conditions will allow all other Russians to feel the onset of the summer season.
