Laureates of the "Women of Russia" award were awarded in Moscow
An award ceremony for the laureates of the Women of Russia Award was held in Moscow on April 29. The award recognized achievements in science, art, business and other fields.
More than two hundred participants reached the final. Among the laureates is Assel Bazanova, who at the age of 24 developed drilling technology that is successfully used in the oil industry.
"I'm from the small town of Nizhnevartovsk. On the way to this award, there are years of my scientific research, research, work, and overcoming," the winner of the award in the "Woman of Science" nomination told Izvestia.
Zoya Kuznetsova, winner of the Women of Russia Award, said that this award is a recognition of the contribution of millions of women to the development of the country.
Kuznetsova is engaged in charity work, helps participants in a special military operation (SVO), children with disabilities and supports animal shelters.
It is specified that the award ceremony was held in the Hall of the Church Cathedrals of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said on November 26 that in order to solve the strategic tasks of the country's development and strengthen technological sovereignty, it is necessary to strengthen the role of the scientific community. In his address to the participants and guests of the V Congress of Young Scientists, he stressed the importance of supporting research and developing international cooperation.
