Sales of Sollers cars decreased by almost a quarter
In the first quarter of this year, 1,704 new Sollers vehicles were sold in Russia, which is 23% less than in the same period of 2025. This was reported on April 29 by the analytical agency Autostat.
The best—selling cars of the domestic brand are the SF1 family of light commercial vehicles. From January to March, various model modifications sold a total of 742 copies (44% of all brand sales).
Almost a third of the total volume (32%) was accounted for by the ST6 (283 units), ST9 (178 units) and St8 (84 units) pickups. The SF1 family of minibuses and vans was sold in an amount of 205 units (a share of 12%).
As for the low-tonnage Sollers Argo trucks, 118 units were sold in three months. 28 SF7 minivans and 32 SF5 trucks were also purchased. Also in January-March, 12 TR series trucks and the same number of SA series buses were sold.
The day before, it was reported that in January—March 2026, 3,403 new UAZ cars were sold in Russia, which is 31% less than in the same period last year.
Sollers announced on April 22 that it will begin mass production of the Sollers S9 all-wheel drive frame SUV in September this year. The presentation of the new model is planned in the near future, announced Mikhail Guryanov, head of the Sollers Product Development Center. The S9 SUV is based on the currently manufactured Sollers ST9 pickup truck, which in turn is based on the Chinese JAC T9.
