The death toll in a fire in the north of Moscow has grown to three
A fire in a building under construction in the north of Moscow killed three people and injured seven others. This was announced on April 28 by a source of Izvestia.
"According to the latest data, 31 people were rescued, seven were injured, three died," the report says.
It is noted that the rescue operation continues — people are being evacuated from the second floor of the building.
It is specified that lifting mechanisms are involved along the perimeter, and links of the gas and smoke protection service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations are working inside.
More than 120 people and 30 pieces of equipment are involved in the elimination of the consequences of the fire.
The fire occurred earlier in the day in the 2nd Outpatient passage in Moscow. Firefighters rescued 12 people with the help of special devices, three more people sought medical help before the arrival of fire and rescue units.
