LDPR deputies want to suspend developers from further work who have disrupted the construction of social facilities under integrated territorial development (CDT) contracts. With such a proposal, party leader Leonid Slutsky turned to Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin (Izvestia has the text of the letter).

"The Liberal Democratic Party proposes to limit the possibility of contractors who have allowed deadlines for the delivery of social infrastructure facilities under previously concluded construction contracts to participate in tenders for the right to conclude residential construction contracts until they fulfill their obligations by securing a corresponding ban in the GRK RF," the letter says.

Slutsky recalled that today there are still situations when residential buildings have already been built, but the social infrastructure, schools and kindergartens that should provide them have not been created.

In Vladivostok, as it became known on April 9, the first CDT project with resettlement is being launched, which will cover an area of 6.5 hectares. The developer will have to build new housing, educational institutions, demolish outdated facilities, but the main thing is to resettle existing houses.

Alexey Zhornik, General Director of the architectural and engineering bureau Dreamform, told Izvestia on March 13 that the State Duma had passed a law in the third reading that obliges developers to provide for the construction of social infrastructure facilities in construction projects.
