In Achinsk, a man beat a 13-year-old teenager with a metal shoe spoon for being with friends in the entrance of an apartment building. This was announced on April 16 by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the MAX messenger.

It is noted that the minor was provided with medical assistance, after which he was discharged home. On the same day, the victim's mother filed a police report. The woman reported that the man was previously unknown to the boy. He chased after the children and, having overtaken one of them, began to strike with a metal object.

"She explained to the law enforcement officers that her son and his friends were in the entrance of an apartment building, where they met a man they had not previously known. The citizen, having decided to drive the minors away, took a metal shoe spoon and, catching up with one of the guys, began to strike him," the Interior Ministry noted.

As the mother of one of the victim's friends told Izvestia, her son ran to adults for help after the incident. The police were called to the scene, as well as an ambulance crew, who examined the child and gave him painkillers. After that, he was sent to the emergency room.

"When my child came running and informed me, <...> I quickly packed up, informed [his] mother, and ran to the boy," she said.

During the game, the boy hit a man passing by with a snowball, who was walking with a little girl.
