On April 3, Olga Lyubimova, Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, congratulated Viktor Sadovnichy, Rector of Lomonosov Moscow State University, on his birthday, noting his contribution to the development of Russian education.

"Please accept my most sincere congratulations on your birthday! You have devoted your life to the development of Russian education, improving its quality and preserving the best traditions," says the telegram addressed to the Rector of Moscow State University.

According to Lyubimova, under his leadership, MSU remains one of the leading universities in our country and attracts applicants not only from all over Russia, but also from other countries.
