Workers in the field of air and space transport received a record 230.8 thousand rubles at the beginning of the year. This became known on April 2.

According to statistics studied by RIA Novosti, financiers and insurers (220.7 thousand rubles), tobacco workers (about 216.4 thousand rubles), oil and gas producers (209.1 thousand rubles) were also among the four areas with the highest salaries in the Russian Federation.

The publication notes that as of January 2025, there were no areas in Russia with salaries that exceed 200 thousand rubles.

Olga Lebedinskaya, Associate Professor of Statistics at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, said that on average in 2025, the average accrued salary of Russians was 100,359.7 rubles per month. She noted that in 2024, this salary was about 88 thousand rubles.
