According to the expert, the previous temperature record was recorded in 2007, when on March 30 the air warmed up to +17.5 degrees. According to him, the average temperature in March 2026 has already reached +4.5 degrees, which allowed the current month to overtake March 2007, the warmest in the history of observations in the capital, notes Life.ru .

He also noted that on March 29, the temperature in the city reached +11.7 degrees, which corresponds to the climatic norm of early May. At the same time, Mozhaisk, near Moscow, recorded +17.4 degrees on this day, 0.4 degrees higher than the record of 2007, Moscow 24 writes.
