The tenth wife of businessman Bari Alibasov Jr., Arina Alibasova, filed a lawsuit against her husband for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation, as well as compensation for moral damage. Alibasova herself informed Izvestia about this on March 24.

The reason for filing the lawsuit was a story on the federal channel, where Alibasov commented on the dispute over the determination of the place of residence of their common minor daughter Emma.

In a conversation with the media, the producer's son accused his wife of using psychoactive substances and said that her condition allegedly threatens the child's health. Arina refuted her husband's words and called them absurd. As proof, she showed a certificate from narcologists, as well as an expert opinion on the beatings that, according to her, her husband inflicted on her.

In the lawsuit, Arina asks to oblige her husband to refute the information discrediting her honor and to collect compensation for moral damage in the amount of 50 thousand rubles from him. Alibasova also stated that she was refused to initiate criminal proceedings, but she filed an application for bringing her husband to administrative responsibility under Article 6.1.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Beatings".

Alibasov Jr.'s wife announced on March 14 that the case of beating Bari Alibasov Jr. is under review. According to her, the conflict between the spouses is connected not only with personal relationships, but also with the issues of raising their daughter Emma. Alibasova also claims that her husband prevents communication with her daughter and uses various methods of pressure, including threats and manipulation.
