The leadership of Yerevan has made every effort to support the preservation of the population in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on March 22, the footage was published by the newspaper. Hraparak.am in the Telegram channel.

On the subway, one of the passengers accused him of being irresponsible for losing control of the territory.

"I have done everything so that you can live in Karabakh! We have spent billions earned by the citizens of Armenia to keep you there. So why didn't you stay?" Pashinyan said in response to the woman.

The dispute was held in raised tones on both sides. When asked by his opponent to change the manner of communication, Pashinyan expressed his willingness to continue the discussion in a tough manner.

Pashinyan said last November that the potential return of Armenian refugees to Nagorno-Karabakh could threaten the peace that was established between Armenia and Azerbaijan. In his opinion, the world is a newborn child who needs care.

On March 12, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova clarified that Armenia had not agreed to transfer a shipment of humanitarian aid to displaced persons from Karabakh to Russia. The Armenian side cited legal norms restricting the provision of donations and charitable assistance during the pre-election period as grounds for not approving the delivery.
