Ukraine has included Russian Paralympians in the database of the extremist resource "Peacemaker" out of envy for the success of Russian athletes. This opinion was expressed on March 21 by Alexander Voloshin, a senator from the DPR.

"The inclusion of our Paralympians in the Peacemaker lists is just a manifestation of envy. When Russian athletes, and even Paralympians, achieve high results, the accomplices of the Kiev regime begin to have a real impotent Russophobic anger," the parliamentarian said.

He noted that six Russian Paralympians took third place in the team competition, while the Ukrainian team, which had significantly more participants, was far behind. According to the senator, this was the reason for hysteria and envy of Russia's victories.

Voloshin stressed that such lists do not frighten Russian athletes and are not capable of stopping the country. He added that Russia will continue to win in sports arenas, in science, culture and everyday life, despite attempts to rewrite the results.

On March 21, the personal data of two members of the Russian Paralympic snowboarding team, Dmitry Fadeev and Philip Shebbo Monzer, were added to the database of the Ukrainian Mirotvorets website. On the eve of the Russian athletes who participated in the 2026 Winter Paralympic Games, were added to the database of the Ukrainian website "Peacemaker". The list includes skiers Alexey Bugaev and Varvara Voronchikhina, skiers Ivan Golubkov and Anastasia Bagiyan, as well as leading athlete Sergey Sinyakin and senior coach of the Russian ski racing team Irina Gromova.
