A fire in a private house in Sarapul killed three people, including one child. This was announced on March 13 in the press service of the Main Directorate (GU) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Udmurt Republic.

"By the time firefighters arrived, it was burning inside a private one-story brick house. The deceased 44-year—old woman and her two sons (22 and 4 years old) were found by members of the gas and smoke protection service," the agency said in a publication on the MAX messenger.

It is specified that as a result of the incident, one person was also injured. 13 people and five pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. The causes of the incident are being determined.

On the same day, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in the Astrakhan region reported the deaths of three people — a 42-year—old woman and two children born in 2013 and 2018, respectively - in a fire in a private house in the village of Saltpeter. Seven specialists and three pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
