The State Duma proposed to give loans to large families for cars at 3%
The State Duma proposed to introduce a preferential consumer loan at 3% per annum in the amount of up to 2 million rubles for the purchase of a new domestically made car for large families at the birth of a fourth child. This was reported on March 12 by RIA Novosti.
This initiative was made by Deputy Dmitry Gusev (Fair Russia), the bill has been sent to the Government of the Russian Federation for review.
The loan is proposed to be issued without the requirement of an initial payment and without collateral in the form of collateral. The loan term can be up to 7 years if the obligations under the agreement are fulfilled in good faith.
According to the idea, the bill solves several tasks. It involves stimulating demand for products from the domestic automotive industry, supports large families and encourages families to have children.
