Philippot criticized Zelensky for trying to interfere in the conflict over Iran
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is currently a "political corpse" who is trying to intervene in the conflict in the Middle East. This was announced on March 8 by Florian Philippot, leader of the French right-wing Patriots party, during an on-air broadcast on YouTube.
"Zelensky is already virtually dead, he is a political corpse who has lost his conflict and is desperately meddling in someone else's, trying to make a profit. This is the behavior of a madman, which will cost Zelensky a lot," he said.
The politician noted that at the same time, the head of the Kiev regime does not take into account the possible complication of interactions with Kiev's partners, who themselves suffered due to the crisis in the energy sector. He also noted the special role of the European Union (EU) in this process.
"The Kiev regime is really dying from the hand from which it feeds, namely, from the hand of the EU," Philippot said.
Correspondent Christophe Wanner said on March 7 on the Welt TV channel that US President Donald Trump, even after sending Ukrainian specialists to the Middle East region, would not be able to supply Kiev with missiles for Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems, which Zelensky demands. He also said that the Ukrainian politician, even without the supply of missiles, would fulfill the demands of the American president if he gave him the appropriate order.
Military expert, retired Colonel Anatoly Matviychuk said on March 3 that the conflict with Iran forced the United States to redirect some of its weapons from Ukraine to the Middle East, which left the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) without a number of critical systems.
