Women in Russia have stopped dividing food by gender
More and more women are no longer sharing food by gender. This statement is proved by a study of the Madly street food cafe chain conducted on the eve of March 8.
Thus, more than 80% of women do not believe that dishes can be divided into "male" and "female". Russians choose food based on taste and mood, and not on the fear of breaking the diet or looking "wrong" in the eyes of others, the results of the survey " <url>".
According to Evgeny Golovin, co-founder of the Madly network, the changes can be associated with serious cultural transformations.
"Today, women are less willing to live in a regime of constant restrictions. We see that many people come to our establishments not because they decide to break their diet, but because they simply choose the food they like. At the same time, they can adapt the dishes to suit themselves — remove the sauce, add more vegetables, or choose an easier option," he notes.
On March 6, endocrinologist and nutritionist Anton Polyakov spoke about the optimal amount of water intake per day. According to him, it is recommended to drink about 1.5–2 liters of water per day in the cold season, and 2-3 liters in the heat, but the exact amount depends on physical activity, temperature and moisture loss.
