Kovanova noted that sweets containing fructose, syrups, hydrogenated fats and a large number of additives are not recommended to anyone, regardless of whether they have diabetes or are overweight. Kovanova advised on March 2 to eat no more than three chocolates a day. It is important that the sweets contain natural ingredients.
