Moscow schoolchildren have won 52 diplomas in the finals of the Programming Olympiad, which has been organized by the Moscow Department of Education and Science together with partners since 2002. This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin on March 7.

"Our guys have won 52 diplomas. Of these, 22 are of the first degree, 21 are of the second degree and nine are of the third degree. This year, 190 Muscovites fought for victory," the politician shared on the MAX messenger.

Sobyanin noted that winners and prize-winners receive benefits when applying to leading universities in Russia. According to the mayor, support for gifted schoolchildren and the Olympiad movement are fixed in the priorities of Moscow's Development Strategy until 2030.

The mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, announced on March 7 that in Moscow over the past six years, the fleet of equipment for radiation diagnostics in polyclinics has increased by 20%. Such results were achieved "due to the large-scale renovation of old medical equipment and the purchase of additional modern devices."
