On March 6, Alexander Shuvalov, head of the Meteo forecasting center, warned of a cold snap over the holiday weekend in Moscow and the region. He noted that, despite the difficult weather situation, in the capital and in the west of the Moscow region, the holiday weekend will be held with fairly comfortable spring weather.
