The launch of the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft with the crew of the Crew-12 mission with Russian cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev to the International Space Station (ISS) has been postponed to February 13. This was announced on February 10 by the Roscosmos press service.
"The launch of Crew Dragon by a Falcon-9 launch vehicle from Cape Canaveral in Florida is scheduled no earlier than February 13," the company's Telegram channel says.
It is noted that the launch will take place at 13:15 Moscow time from the Cape Canaveral cosmodrome in Florida due to weather conditions. In addition to Fedyaev, the crew also included astronauts Jack Hathaway, Jessica Meir from NASA and Sophie Adeno from ESA.
The day before, NASA also announced the postponement of the launch of the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft. The reason was the weather conditions.
The crew had previously completed preparations for the flight in California. Crew Dragon is a reusable manned spacecraft. The device was created by SpaceX, the customer was NASA. The ship is designed to deliver a crew of up to four people to low Earth orbit and to return them to Earth.
