Kotyakov spoke about the use of AI in his life
Russian Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov said on February 10 that he uses artificial intelligence (AI) in his life.
"I am not asking AI to decide for myself as a minister on this or that issue. But I often use it from the point of view of some human benefits, the preparation of "household" analytics," he said in an interview with Expert magazine.
The Minister stressed that artificial intelligence prepares analytical materials well, but they need to be critically evaluated. Kotyakov added that for the competent application of AI, you need to have your own competencies in the subject that neural networks delegate.
In addition, in his opinion, it is currently necessary to teach children in schools to use artificial intelligence, otherwise, when entering the labor market, the child will have difficulty finding employment.
"Although the children will learn anyway — not at school, but at home. The question is different. I think we need a serious transformation of the personnel training system," concluded Kotyakov.
On December 25 last year, Russian President Vladimir Putin pointed out the importance of a fundamental revision of existing retraining programs against the background of the development of AI. According to him, despite the introduction of new technologies into everyday life, it is necessary not to forget about the fundamental foundations of education and human well-being.
