By the end of 2025, Avtodor, together with the regional divisions of the traffic police and Rostransnadzor, identified about 1.3 thousand administrative violations. About 200 raids were carried out on expressways to identify hidden numbers. The state-owned company announced this in its Telegram channel on January 20.

About 150 cars had polluted license plates, about 280 cases of deliberate concealment of signs and 145 facts of non-payment of travel on expressways were also revealed.

The company also said that last year, a group of individuals was discovered operating five to six daily passenger and cargo flights from Moscow to Ulyanovsk and back, including on the M-12 Vostok.

"The drivers of more than 20 cars changed the signs in the series, number and area code. They went on a flight with a real number and paid for one or two transactions at the beginning of the journey. Then this number did not appear, but an identical car followed the route with the registration plates changed. Offenders face being deprived of their driver's license," Avtodor noted.

With reference to Rostransnadzor data, it is clarified that over the past year more than 1.3 million decisions were issued for non-payment of tolls. Since the amendments came into force, providing for the deprivation of a driver's license for up to one and a half years for violating Article 12.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, the proportion of such violations has almost halved, the state-owned company said.

On January 16, the Ministry of Transport saw no reason to increase the speed on toll roads. The head of the department, Andrey Nikitin, said that the non-penalized threshold of 20 km/h allows drivers to accelerate to 150 km/h, and this speed is "more than enough."
