Partly cloudy, no precipitation, and icy conditions await residents of the capital region on Saturday, January 17th. The corresponding forecast is published on the website of the Hydrometeorological Center.

The air temperature in Moscow will range from -12 to -10 degrees during the day. At night, the thermometer will drop to -21.

In the Moscow region, it will be from -15 to -10 degrees during the day, and at night the temperature may drop to -22, in some places to -27 degrees.

A weak and southwesterly wind with a speed of 4-9 m/s is expected.

Atmospheric pressure will range from 769 to 770 mmHg.

Yandex Weather analysts on January 16, in an interview with Izvestia, said that on the weekend of January 17 and 18, residents of the capital region are expected to experience a cold snap, which could cause the thermometer to drop to -17 degrees. According to experts, on Saturday afternoon, Muscovites and people living in the Moscow region can expect a clearing.
