Russia has identified car brands with the most loyal car owners

Nine Chinese car brands entered the top ten of the Consumer loyalty index in Russia. It was compiled based on the results of a survey of about 2 thousand owners of cars produced no earlier than 2020, the analytical agency Autostat reported on January 16.

The Li Auto brand (Lixiang) topped the rating with a score of 74.4%. Changan is in second place with a noticeable gap, gaining 50%. The third place was taken by the Haval brand (38.8%), whose cars are produced in Russia.

Next are Geely, Voyah, Aito/Seres, Exeed, Jaecoo and Chery, all with a consumer loyalty index exceeding 30%.

The only non—Chinese brand rounded out the top ten of the rating - the domestic Moskvich scored 25%.

On January 14, car dealers warned that in the first quarter of 2026, new passenger cars in Russia will continue to rise in price, adding an average of 5-10%. According to their estimates, prices for new passenger cars in the Russian Federation have increased by an average of 1.5–3% since January 2026.
