Representatives of the independent agency of the US Federal government (NASA) have begun considering the early return of the crew involved in the Crew-11 mission from the International Space Station (ISS) after one of its members developed a medical problem. This was announced on Wednesday, January 7, by the special portal Spaceflight Now (SN) with reference to the agency.

It is noted that the deterioration of health was recorded in "one stable crew member," whose identity was not disclosed. It is known that he and his partner had to spend about six and a half hours in outer space during extravehicular activity (EVA). However, the event scheduled for January 8 had to be postponed.

"The safe conduct of our missions is our highest priority, and we are actively evaluating all options, including the possibility of an earlier completion of the Crew—11 mission," the material says.

The NASA press service also reported on July 31, 2025, that the launch of the Crew Dragon manned spacecraft with the crew of the Crew-11 mission to the ISS was postponed due to bad weather. It was emphasized that at that time the crew included Russian cosmonaut Oleg Platonov, as well as astronauts Zina Kardman, Michael Fink and Kimiya Yui.
