Walker shared that he would agree to sell the company only to an investor who would accept the condition to allocate 15% of the proceeds in favor of new employees. The funds were distributed among 540 employees. It is specified that on average each employee will receive about $ 443 thousand (35 million rubles). The money will be transferred within five years.
