Nechaev pointed out the importance of entrepreneurship for the development of the Russian Federation's human capital

In Russia, it is important to develop entrepreneurship for the growth of the country's human capital. This was stated on December 22 by Alexey Nechaev, head of the New People party faction in the State Duma, as part of the political force's summing up of the year's results at the All-Russian Forum "Looking to the Future".

"Human capital is the main driving force of the country. That is why it is so important for us to develop entrepreneurship. Not even necessarily how to build your company, but as a skill. It's a skill of initiative people," Nechaev said.

According to the leader of the New People faction, entrepreneurship education as a skill has now been put on stream. He said that in 2025, almost over 68,900 students completed the "I'm in Business" educational program. At the same time, more than 2 thousand people study at the Faculty of "Captains" at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

At the summing up of the year of the "I'm in Business" program on December 17, Nechaev noted that the first steps of young people in entrepreneurship are always difficult because they do not know how to start. According to him, 350,000 students and schoolchildren have already passed through the training educational project in four years, and the finalists of "I'm in business" subsequently continue to develop their business further.
